Part 6 - Evaluation of Solutions

Solutions will be evaluated on the basis of the most economically advantageous Solution, having regard to a range of criteria set out in this Part of the Instructions.  The Local Authority has allocated a maximum score for each area that reflects the relative importance attributed by the Local Authority to that area:

Example Weightings

•  Service Delivery and Technical - [60%]

•  Financial and Commercial - [20%]

•  Legal and Contractual - [15%]

•  Overall Integrity - [5%]

Through the evaluation of Detailed Solutions, the Local Authority is likely to reduce the number of Bidders to not less than two by applying the Evaluation Criteria.
