Evaluation for Compliance

Detailed Solutions will be checked initially for compliance with this ISDS and for completeness.  Clarification may be sought from Bidders in order to determine if a Solution is complete and compliant.  Solutions that are substantially incomplete and/or non-compliant with these Instructions may be rejected. Thereafter, Detailed Solutions will be evaluated in accordance with the considerations and Evaluation Criteria, scoring and weightings set out in this Part of these Instructions.
