This Procurement Pack has been produced by Local Partnerships, HCA and the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG), in consultation with legal advisers Pinsent Masons and Addleshaw Goddard, PricewaterhouseCoopers (financial advisers) and Hunters (technical advisers) (together the Advisers) to provide assistance to Local Authorities in the procurement of housing projects through a public private partnership or through the Private Finance Initiative.
