4.  Powers to enter into the Direct Agreement - s3(2)(d) of the Act

The Authority has power to enter into the Contract pursuant Section 2 of the Local Government Act 2000, Section 1 of the Act, Section 111 of the Local Government Act 1972 and pursuant to Sections 9 and 27 of the Housing Act 1985 as amended by the Regulatory Reform (Housing Management Agreements) Order 2003.
