8.  Consent of other parties to the Direct Agreement - s3(4) of the Act

By clause [INSERT CLAUSE REFERENCE] of the Project Agreement, the Contractor has consented to the issue of this certificate, [and by clause [INSERT CLAUSE REFERENCE] of the Direct Agreement the Agent has consented to the issue of this certificate], and the Contractor and the Agent are the only other parties to the Direct Agreement.
