9.00 REPORTING AND CONDUCT
9.01 Copies of reports are to be provided for the Council and each of the Bidders containing the following items:
(a) An estate plan containing the results of the visual archetyping exercise, presented in hard copy and electronic versions.
(b) A final report on all aspects of this Brief which shall be presented to the Council and Bidders within [ ] weeks from commencement of the carrying out of the Survey.
(c) Bound, written and indexed reports with associated appendices providing full supporting information.
(d) An industry standard database containing all electronic survey data collected on site. The database will incorporate a user friendly "front end" to enable built-in and user defined reports to be generated without the need for specialist IT expertise.
9.02 All documents must be made available electronically and allow for full data manipulation.
9.03 The report must describe the Survey method adopted and the basis for calculations derived from the Survey. Similarly, any assumptions made must be specified.
9.04 The report must include a commentary on any matters that are discovered during the Survey that would reasonably require further investigation.
9.05 The Council and Bidders reserve the right to make further photocopies of the original reports for their own purposes.
9.06 The Surveyor shall make himself available for a maximum of [ ] discussion interviews with each of the Bidders and the Council plus such further reasonable access to the Surveyor for any further, reasonable clarification as may be required by the Council and/or the Bidders.
