11.00  FEE QUOTATION

11.01  The Surveyor shall submit his fee quotation for carrying out the Survey broken down into key tasks.

11.02  The Surveyor shall provide a fully inclusive fee quotation (including expenses, disbursements and travel).  The Survey work shall be priced on the basis of a decision being made by the Council and the commission being awarded within 2 months from submission of the fee proposal.

11.03  The Survey shall be completed and final reports and databases issued to the Council within [  ] weeks from notification of the award of the Survey work.
