4  Duty of care

You warrant for the benefit of the Council that you have exercised and will exercise in the performance of your duties all the professional skill and care and diligence reasonably to be expected of qualified and experienced surveyors undertaking services the like of those hereby undertaken by you under this Appointment in relation to projects of the scale and character of the Project.
