11  Employer's representative

11.1  The Council shall appoint [    ] (or such other person as the Council may from time to time notify to you) as its representative for the Stock Condition Survey ("the Employer's Representative").  Save as the Council may otherwise notify to you in writing, the said representative shall have full authority to act on the Council's behalf in relation to all matters arising under or in connection with this Stock Condition Survey.

11.2  No instructions or requirements given or stated by the Council shall be acted upon by you unless and until such instructions or requirements have been confirmed in writing to you by the Council or by the Employer's Representative.
