12  Confidentiality

Save as may be necessary for the performance of your Services hereunder, or as the Council may allow in writing, you shall treat as confidential all information relating to this Appointment, to the Contract Documents, to the Stock Condition Survey and to the refurbishment works, and shall take all reasonable steps to see that your employees, agents and subcontractors do likewise.
