2.  RELEASE OF FIRST EMPLOYERS

Save in respect of any act or omission including, without limitation, any breach of the Appointment on the part of the Council prior to the date of this Deed, the Council shall no longer owe any duty or obligation to the Surveyor under or in respect of the Appointment whether by virtue of its terms or by virtue of any breach or otherwise.
