3.  RELEASE OF SURVEYOR

(Save in relation to any loss or liability already incurred or suffered by the Council prior to the date of this Deed) the Surveyor shall no longer owe any duty or obligation to the Council under or in respect of the Appointment whether by virtue of its terms or by virtue of any breach or otherwise.
