11  CONTRACTS (RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES) ACT 1999

The provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 are specifically excluded from this agreement but this does not affect any rights which are available apart from that Act nor the express provisions of this Deed.
