6.  EXPIRY OF WARRANTY

No proceedings shall be commenced against the Surveyor under this Deed more than 12 years after the completion of the Surveyor's Services under and as defined in the Appointment (or, if earlier, more than 12 years after the employment of the Surveyor under the Appointment is terminated).
