CLG's indicative timescale for procurement of HRA PFI projects is between 30 and 36 months (130 to 156 weeks).

For Non-HRA PFI projects - between 24 to 30 months (104 to 130 weeks).

With reference to the indicative HRA procurement timetable below, this reflects a 156 week / 36 months timetable and provides a "benchmark" for authorities to assist them not to exceed this upper timescale and assist them to plan and manage procurement within the overall 30 to 36 months timescale span that is considered achievable.

Authorities are asked to be realistic in their timescales and to always provide for 6 months sensitivity (Authority funded) on top of a realistic procurement timescale
