3.22 Our discussions with senior managers in the Agency and the Agency's partnership monitoring unit suggest that the provision of IT services through the partnership has so far been a success. There is satisfaction that co-operation and collaboration between the Agency and Radio Spectrum International are meeting the Agency's expectations and that users of the IT services are registering greater levels of satisfaction with the services they are receiving.
