Chairman: Good afternoon, welcome to the Committee of Public Accounts where today we are looking at the Comptroller and Auditor General's Report, Making Changes in Operational PFI Projects. We welcome John Kingman and Gordon McKechnie from the Treasury and James Stewart from PUK. You are all very welcome. Before we start, it is a pleasure to welcome a new Member to our Committee, Paul Burstow.
