Options

The options appraisal process should be described very briefly and the preferred option determined as a result of this process needs to be outlined.  This should include the following:

 The options which have been appraised e.g. customer focused call centre, business process re-engineering to drive efficiency, implementation of new finance and HR systems;

 The scope of the project determined through options appraisal – i.e. which services have been identified as requiring change; and

 The procurement routes which have been assessed and the preferred option at this stage.
