2.10  Critical Success Factors (CSFs)

Critical success factors should be considered at an early stage and they should form part of the early planning for the benefits realisation review which should take place when the project is in the delivery stage.  However, they should be detailed at this stage and the objective should be that they are maintained consistently though out the procurement and delivery phases (although regular review and refinement should take place.)
