Non Quantifiable Benefits

Of value to the organisation but cannot be measured or indirectly so via staff/customer surveys e.g. improved staff morale

(GR2) where projects are judged on non financial benefits are there meaningful comparisons with similar projects to assess vfm and achievement of targets?
