These benefits can be quantified but not put into cash terms e.g. the increased number of children passing a particular SAT level
Group the qualitative benefits by objective
• construct weights
• score the options against the objectives
• weight the score for each option
• rank the options according the quantifiable benefits
Non Quantifiable Benefits
Of value to the organisation but cannot be measured or indirectly so via staff/customer surveys e.g. improved staff morale
(GR2) where projects are judged on non financial benefits are there meaningful comparisons with similar projects to assess vfm and achievement of targets?
