Model 3a - ICT Services Specification Schedule

1  There are of course many types of ICT Services ranging from minor IT procurements to long term outsourced service relationships. It is not possible to construct a single Service Specification to cater for all the varieties of ICT services. This document does however provide a template format for an ICT Service Specification and some sample Service Specifications for common types of ICT Services.  Each Service Specification will need to be developed to meet the customer's specific requirements on a case by case basis and the samples provided are illustrations of the types of issues to be addressed and the level of detail that may be appropriate.
