2 Definitions6

Any terms and expressions used in the Services Specification shall have the meanings set out in Schedule 1 (Definitions and Interpretation) of this Agreement unless set out below or the context otherwise requires:

Authority's ICT Infrastructure	[means the Authority's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Authority or the Service Provider in connection with this Agreement which is owned by or licensed to the Authority by a third party and which interfaces with the Service Provider's System or which is necessary for the Authority to receive the Services;]7
Bandwidth	means the bandwidth of the [Network] as further specified in [ ]
Equipment	means all or any (as appropriate) items from time to time comprised within the Authority's ICT Infrastructure
ICT Services	has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.2
IMAC Requesters	means such individuals as may from time to time be nominated in writing as such by the Authority to the Service Provider
Network	[ ]8
Non-Service Provider Resolver Group	any other Resolver Group which is not a Service Provider Resolver Group
Resolver Group	means any designated support group for a specific product or application [comprised within the ICT Services]
Service Provider Resolver Group	is any designated support group for a specific product or application which is internal to the Service Provider or the Authority or is an external group contracted by either the Service Provider or the Authority
Service Provider's System	has the meaning set out in Schedule [ ] (the ICT Payment Mechanism)
Severity 1 Service Failure	has the meaning set out in Schedule [ ] (the ICT Payment Mechanism)
Severity 2 Service Failure	has the meaning set out in Schedule [ ] (the ICT Payment Mechanism)
Severity 3 Service Failure	has the meaning set out in Schedule [ ] (the ICT Payment Mechanism)
Site	means the Authority Premises [and any other premises from which the ICT Services are delivered pursuant to this Agreement]9

Capitalised terms are used in sample descriptions provided in this document but as these are only illustrative a glossary of defined terms has not been included.
