15 This sample services description relates to the support of the Authority's desktop infrastructure e.g. workstations, laptops, printers and peripherals. The Service may be provided across a number of locations (Sites) including remotely for home workers. Requests for support are in this sample received through the Helpdesk. The requests could relate to problems with existing equipment and/or the supply of new equipment/removal of equipment, the set up of a new User or the removal of a User e.g. when someone resigns.
