3 LAN Printer Maintenance
3.1 The Service Provider shall provide maintenance for each LAN Printer, including preventative and predictive hardware support, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation.
3.2 The Service Provider shall be responsible for all repairs and/or part replacement for LAN Printers;
3.3 If any LAN Printer is identified as unserviceable and no hardware maintenance support is commercially available, the parties shall determine a working arrangement to repair or replace these machines.
