24  Other issues that may need to be addressed in relation to DSS are: the language(s) in which support will be provided; the  hours of support; the process for scheduling visits; the process for handling Projects; the skills and training for DSS personnel, the  escalation procedure for complaints; the process for the introduction of new technology within the scope of the DSS.
