1  Introduction

1.1  The Service Provider shall design, procure, build, integrate, monitor and manage the Network required by the Authority to transport data, voice and video traffic using the technology described in this Appendix at the Site in accordance with this Agreement, including so as to achieve the relevant Service Levels.

1.2  Annex [x] to this Appendix sets out the requirements with respect to the Site. The Service Provider shall provide the Services in accordance with the Site requirements. Changes to the Site requirements shall be handled in accordance with the Change Management Procedure.
