6 Router and Software updates
6.1 The Service Provider shall ensure that the Software installed on Authority Assets and the Service Provider's System is maintained at a level supported by the respective manufacturer. This shall include the application of bug fixes where these are reasonably expected to affect the ICT Services. The Service Provider shall be responsible for all costs associated with maintaining the hardware and Software at a supported level.
6.2 The Service Provider shall notify the Authority in a timely manner of any future Software or hardware upgrade requirements as these are published by the manufacturer from time to time and of any end of sale and/or end of life and/or end of support announcement issued by the manufacturer of the CPE and associated Software.
