32  Other issues that may need to be addressed in relation to Network Services are: additional services e.g. mobile devices; changes in technology e.g. the shift from voice to data traffic over the life of the contract; co-operation with other related 3rd parties e.g. datacentre service providers who are reliant on the network to provide access to the datacentres.
