2  Service Requirements

2.1  The Service Provider shall provide a comprehensive Revenues and Benefits Service which shall comprise of the following

(a)  The Council Tax Service

(b)  The National Non-Domestic Rates Service

(c)  The Council House Rent Service

(d)  The Sundry Debtors Service

(e)  The Housing Benefits Service

(f)  The Customer Service

(g)  The Support, Administration and Information Service

(h)  The Fraud Service

2.2  The Service Provider shall achieve the targets set out in Appendix 1 to this Service Specification.
