The Service Provider shall work with the full range of sanctions and powers available to it, but taking full account of functions reserved to the Authority15:

•  to assist and liaise with the Authority in the preparation for and prosecution of enforcement cases and remedies;

•  Authority reasonably believes Service Provider has not performed obligations and produces reasonably sufficient evidence thereof.16

•  to appear as witness where necessary in relevant cases;

•  Service Provider staff member fails to appear as a witness upon Authority request or refuses to do so.
