Maintenance of Council House Rent Database The Service Provider shall: | |||||||
• maintain at all times a complete, accurate and comprehensive database of all Council House Rent and related benefits including (without limitation) name and address of each Council House Tenant, Council Tax banding of relevant property, Council House Rent paid and payable in relation to the current and previous [X] Authority Financial Years, any arrears, court proceedings and benefits entitlement; | • Database has more than [♦] material inaccuracies in this case "material" includes (without limitation): wrong banding information, inaccurate data regarding any payment, court proceedings and inaccurate information regarding identity of person liable to pay Council Tax, National Non-Domestic Rates or Council House Rent. | ||||||
• liaise with the Authority and any other relevant person in relation to the accuracy and completeness of the Council House Rent Database; | • Council House Rent Database is [materially] inaccurate. | ||||||
