The Service Provider shall:

•  maintain a full and accurate database of all periodic income and periodic sundry debtors of the Authority24;

•  Database and/or address of contains more than [♦] inaccuracies relating to identity of debtor, nature or amount of debt, status of any arrears.

•  produce all necessary invoices and issue them to the correct address in a timely fashion taking account of their periodic nature;
