Support, Administration and Information Service In relation to all Revenues and Benefits Services the Service Provider shall: | |||||||
• ensure timely, complete and accurate completion of all statutory and non-statutory returns required by HM Government or reasonably required by the Authority including where relevant submitting such returns for consideration and signature by the relevant office at the Authority in such case within 10 Working Days of their due date for return to the relevant ultimate Authority; | • Returns are not completed accurately; • Returns are delivered late. | ||||||
• providing such information, assistance and co-operation as the Authority may reasonably require and in such format or manner as may be reasonably proscribed by the Authority in order to enable the Authority to measure the performance standards of the Revenues and Benefits Service; | • Service Provider failure to provide material information, assistance and/or co-operation; • Service Provider supplies information in wrong format. | ||||||
• providing such information for the Local Authority Financial Management System as the Authority may require in a format proscribed by the Authority within [♦] days of request; | • Service Provider is late in providing information; • Service Provider supplies information in the wrong format. | ||||||
• providing forthwith upon request by the Authority35an accurate and complete breakdown of the status of each property within the Authority Area in relation to Council Tax, National Non-Domestic Rates, Council House Rent and all relevant benefits (such information to be up-to-date as assessed by the requirements of this Service Specification) and providing such information forthwith upon request to [X]36 by the Authority in respect of any individual property; | • Service Provider fails to supply accurate or complete information; • Service Provider supplies information late. |
