2  Monthly Service Payment

The Payment in respect of any Payment Period shall be calculated in accordance with the following formula:

MSP  

means the Payment for the relevant Payment Period

ASPn  

means the Annual Payment for the relevant year n

TVA

means the Total Volume Adjustment for the relevant Payment Period

AC

means the price of any Additional Services completed by the Service Provider in the relevant Payment Period.

 

 

means the sum of all the Deductions to be made in the relevant Payment Period
