14 Related Service Failures
14.1 In relation to a Service, where due to a single act or omission, the Service Provider misses two or more Performance Levels then the Service Provider shall only be deemed to have committed the Service Failure which has the highest value of Deductions applying to it, taking into account any increased Deductions due to any Repeat Failures as described in paragraph 9 above.
14.2 In the event that a Service Failure also results in an Unavailability Event or vice versa, then the Authority shall only be entitled to make one Deduction in respect of such Service Failure or Unavailability Event which shall be the higher of the two relevant amounts.
