15  Rectification

15.1  This paragraph applies where, in an Output Specification, a Rectification Time is specified in respect of Service Failure.

15.2  No Service Failure shall occur if the Service Provider successfully carries out Rectification within the specified Rectification Time and in such circumstances no Deduction shall be made.

15.3  Subject to paragraph 15.4, if Rectification is not successfully carried out by the Service Provider within the specified Rectification Time, a Service Failure shall occur.

15.4  There shall be no Service Failure in cases where, if Rectification is not carried out within the Rectification Time, the Contract Manager notifies the Partnership Manager that the Authority no longer requires the relevant Service.
