Business Centre

Linked to the delivery of new business from the Local Authority, the Local Authority’s partner is expected to create a new Business Centre in the Local Authority area to act as the base for the delivery for the new services.

•  Please provide your initial views in relation to the key issues associated with developing and operating the Business Centre and relate this to your experience or understanding of creating such facilities elsewhere.   

•  Please outline how you intend to ensure the Business Centre becomes a focus for regeneration and employment.

•  Outline how you intend to finance the development

•  Outline the project and transition arrangements.
