Service Improvement and Transformation
The Local Authority is seeking a Partner who can make a significant contribution to the continued improvement of its services. It will be important to ensure that services transferred into the partnership continue to improve, develop and benefit from investment in new processes and technologies over the life of the partnership. In essence, the partnership will be expected to continue a process that the Local Authority has started. Please outline how you anticipate working with the Local Authority to assist in meeting its obligations under the Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA) and Best Value regimes over the life of the Contract. Your response should include information on the following:
• Your experience in delivering service improvement and transformation in a similar partnership arrangement with specific examples of the benefits achieved.
• Plans for Continuous Improvement
• Procedure for Performance Reporting
• Collecting and reporting on Best Value Performance Indicators
• Assisting the Local Authority with the CPA, Best Value Reviews for the transferred services and developing service strategies.
• How you will ensure continued improvement and in particular the use of any specialist resource throughout the life of the partnership
• Your approach to investment including sharing efficiency gains
• Proposed consultation arrangements with relevant users, residents and other stakeholders.
