Example Method Statement 3 - Business Centre (Contractual)

Bidders must submit a Method Statement for the development and delivery of the Business Centre in accordance with the agreed specification.  The Method Statement must include how the Partner will work with the Council to ensure:

•  The councils accommodation budget remains cost neutral

•  The Partners financial model remains cash neutral taking into account the overhead contribution for accommodation for business growth

•  Transition arrangements minimise disruption to services
