Example Method Statement 4 - Customer Access Strategy (CAS) (Contractual)

The Bidder should submit a Method Statement detailing how the Customer Access Strategy is to be developed in accordance with the Output Specification.  The Method Statement must include:

 Details of approach to development  of the CAS including resourcing, deliverables and timescales

 Details for the refurbishment of the of the existing One Stop Shop

 How the  Partner shall implement a customer relationship management (CRM) system

 How the Partner shall agree with the Council and fund technology for up to  [insert number] of Community Access Points
