Example Method Statement 5 - IT Systems & Implementation Services (Contractual)
The Bidder should submit a Method Statement detailing how the required IT Systems are to be implemented in accordance with the Output Specification. The Method Statement must address all of the requirements including details of the overall programme management, relevant hardware & software, implementation & commissioning approach as well as the following matters:
• A list of all of the IT systems and equipment in detail, by quantity, and type, that the Bidder is expected to use
• The name of any firm or organisation who will be supplying IT equipment and/or services for at least the first six years of the Contract
• Details of licence arrangements including maintenance and benefits to the authority e.g. site wide licences
• Any potential risks and how these are to be managed e.g. network capacity
• Details of all appropriate standards
• Confirmation of what warranties will be obtained on all new software and hardware
