Example Method Statement 6 - IT Systems, Planned & Reactive Maintenance (Contractual)

Bidders must submit a Method Statement for the monitoring of IT systems across the authority to identify any systems that are not working as planned or achieving required outputs.  The Method Statement should cover all categories of systems included in the Output Specification and, as a minimum, should include the following:

•  The approach to be used for monitoring and measuring all systems

•  The regime in place to ensure adherence to minimum prescribed maintenance frequencies

•  The methodology showing how the results of such monitoring will be fed into the Bidder's management information system in a convenient form, and how that information will be used in calculating any Adjustments to the payment under the Payment Mechanism.

•  The approach to technology refresh including license renewal
