Non Canvassing, Non Collusion and Confidentiality

Bidders are reminded that the non-canvassing, non-collusion and confidentiality requirements set out in the ISDS Instructions and Guidance to Bidders apply also to this ISRS phase (and all subsequent phases) of the procurement process, as do the non-canvassing and non-collusion certificates submitted with the ISDS Instructions and Guidance to Bidders Bid.  Accordingly, new certificates do not have to be submitted with the Refined Solutions.
