2.1  Terms and Conditions

The MISMA Ts & Cs are a reduced form of those found in the Model Agreement.  Some clauses have been simplified and some have been removed entirely (though the Model Agreement clause numbering has been retained).  Other than this, drafting changes have been limited to what was considered necessary to ensure that the contract is complete and coherent.  The Ts & Cs are available as a complete MS Word file, ready to use as a draft contract.
