3.  TRANSITION AND TRANSFORMATION PLAN

3.1  The Contractor shall provide the Transition Activities and Transformation Activities in accordance with the Transition and Transformation Plan.

3.2  The Transition and Transformation Plan should be sufficiently detailed as is necessary to manage the Transition Activities and Transformation Activities effectively and any changes to the Transition and Transformation Plan shall be subject to the Change Control Procedure.

3.3  The Contractor shall be responsible for implementing and managing the Transition Activities and for taking all such steps as may be necessary so as to ensure that from the Service Commencement Date the Contractor is able to provide the Legacy Services:

3.3.1  in accordance with the Services Description, as at the Service Commencement Date, and any other requirements of this Agreement; and

3.3.2  in a manner that maintains the continuity of service to the Authority.

3.4  The Contractor shall be responsible for implementing and managing the Transformation Activities and for taking all such steps as may be necessary so as to ensure that from the Planned ATP Milestone Date the Contractor is able to provide the Transformed Services by the Service Commencement Date in accordance with the Services Description, and any other requirements of this Agreement by the Service Commencement Date.

3.5  The Contractor shall monitor the performance against the Transition and Transformation Plan and report to the Authority monthly (or more frequently if so required by the Authority) on its performance.
