9.  SERVICES

9.1  The Contractor shall provide the Services set out in Schedule B.1 from the Effective Date, which shall consist of:

9.1.1  the Legacy Services during the period from the Service Commencement Date until the ATP Milestone Date;

9.1.2  the Transformed Services during the period from the ATP Milestone Date until the expiry of the Initial Term or any Extension Period (subject to any continued provision of the Operational Services or any part thereof in accordance with Schedule D.4 (Exit Management) and

9.1.3  the Termination Services during the Termination Assistance Period.

9.2  The Contractor shall ensure that the Services:

9.2.1  comply in all respects with the Services Description as set out in Schedule B.1 (Services Description); and

9.2.2  are supplied in accordance with the Contractor Solution and the terms of this Agreement.

9.3  The Contractor shall provide the Services in accordance with Good Industry Practice.
