13. QUALITY PLANS
13.1 The Contractor shall develop, before the Operational Service Commencement Date, Quality Plans that:
13.1.1 ensure that all aspects of the Services are the subject of quality management systems; and
13.1.2 are consistent with ISO 9001:2000 or any equivalent standard which is generally recognised as having replaced it.
13.2 The Contractor shall procure that the Services are carried out in compliance with the Quality Plans.
13.3 Any Changes to the Quality Plans shall be agreed in accordance with the Change Control Procedure.
