55.6  Termination for Continuing Force Majeure Event

55.6.1  Either party may, by written notice to the other, terminate this Agreement or require the termination of any part of the Services on the occurrence in relation to that part, if:

55.6.1.1  a Force Majeure Event occurs which affects all or a substantial part of the Services for a continuous period of more than [90] days; or

55.6.1.2  a Force Majeure Event occurs which affects a part but not a substantial part of the Services for a continuous period of more than [180] days.
