4.4  Methodology

The Study was conducted in two phases:

•  Phase 1: A self-evaluation survey of alliance participants (quantitative).

•  Phase 2: A detailed quantitative and qualitative confidential case study analysis.

The methodology is summarised in Figure 4.1 below.
