18.1  Insurances to be maintained by the Owner Participant

(a)  The Owner Participant must effect and maintain the insurance policies set out in clause 1 of Schedule 9.

(b)  The NOPs acknowledge and agree that when the Owner Participant has taken out the insurance policies set out in clauses 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 of Schedule 9, the NOPs will accept those insurance policies in full satisfaction of the Owner Participant's obligations to insure as imposed by clause 18.1(a) (as it relates to the insurance policies set out in clauses 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 of Schedule 9).
